Another Flashback-
Boise Weekly Cover Art Auction.
Every year Boise Weekly has one of the coolest events in town which is their cover art auction. THe Boise Weekly chooses art from local artist to feature each week on the cover of their newspaper. In November, they auction off the art work to raise money to help support the growing arts community that is happening in Boise.
Trey McIntyre Project got involved with this event in 2009 and has been apart of it ever since. The dancers are the art handlers and show the piece as it is being auctioned off. Each year we bring a different theme to the event and this year was tuxedos and ball gowns. TMP brings energy and excitement to the auction and helps gets those bids higher and higher. It is so great to be a part of something that helps the art community that we all care about so deeply.
Thank you Boise Weekly for being the coolest independent newspaper in the world. You guys rock! Looking forward to next year!
